Terms of supply

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern the supply of research materials by JC Analytical Limited (Companies House No. 00000000) to approved trade account holders. By placing an order you accept these terms and the research-use policy.

2. Research use only

For laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. The buyer warrants that materials will be used solely for laboratory research by qualified personnel and will not be resold to, or used by, individuals for human or animal administration.

3. Orders and minimums

Minimum order 5 units per SKU. Prices are ex VAT and subject to the account's approved tier. Orders are accepted on dispatch confirmation.

4. Delivery and cold chain

Dispatch is temperature-controlled and tracked to the verified business address on the account. Risk passes on delivery. Any temperature excursion must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with data-logger evidence where supplied.

5. Returns

Unopened kits in original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days. Opened or temperature-compromised materials cannot be accepted.

6. Documentation

Each lot is supplied with a batch-matched certificate of analysis. Full signed certificates are provided to account holders on request.

7. Liability

Limitation of liability, governing law (England and Wales) and dispute clauses to be drafted by counsel.
